Product naturally leavened, baked in a low formation with sultana raisins and candied orange peels. Produced with the original system, using the typical procedure of the Milanese Panettone. The product shows the typical superficial cuts and a golden brown crust with slight different shade variations. The inside of the product resembles a beehive shape. The color of the cooked dough is a glowing yellow. The aroma is characteristic.
