Produced with the original system, using the typical procedure of the original yeast or the mother system. The product shows a superficial cross type cuts and a golden brown crust. The inside of the product resembles a beehive shape with different size holes. The color of the cooked dough is white. The aroma and flavor are strongly characterized by the candied fruit and the sultana raisins.
